Will OpenAI launch a new consumer hardware device before 2027?

Resolves YES if OpenAI officially releases a physical, AI-powered consumer device available for purchase by the general public before January 1, 2027. Smartphones, wearables, standalone AI assistants, and other dedicated AI devices qualify. Product announcements, prototypes, and developer-only hardware do not qualify.
